Release Ourselves is the result of a lot of fun, practice, learning, experimentation.

I wanted to bring together different sonorities (Neo Soul, Lofi Hip Hop, Downtempo) and come up with a unique sauce which could represents both my musical influences, where I come from from that perspective, as well as where I wanted to go with it.

It is also a sort of intimate journey, facing certain feelings and challenges related to self-respect and self-love, recognition and acceptance of one's limitations and imperfections (and showing love for them), for which I found myself relating to many, many friends and people around me.
